Return Policy:
Returns Policies
envisionTEK accepts returns of manufacture defective merchandise within 14 days of your original invoice or delivery date. If you need to return a defective product to us, you must call us at 1 866.368.4746 within 14 days of the original invoice or delivery date. Your call will be handled by a Technical Support Representative who will verify the nature of the defect and determine eligibility for return. If the product is eligible for return, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs are valid for 14 days, and the product(s) must be received by envisionTEK before the RMA expires. We are unable to accept for return any product received after the expiration of the RMA.

All products must be returned complete and in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals, cables, remote controls and any other documentation. A valid RMA number must be displayed clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Plasma TV Monitors, Mounts, Projectors and LCD TVs are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns of any used mount or mount accessories.
All returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty materials, and like-new condition of the merchandise and packaging materials.
